"Gilbert was professional and really took his time answering all my questions, educating me on what to look for, and inspecting my apartment. There was no visible mold, however, through lab test results from swabs he had taken off the radiator and floor/baseboard it displayed two strains of mold that are airborne/mold spores. I intend to buy an air purifier and continue to get to the bottom of my daughter s allergies/respiratory issues and communicate with my landlord as more is known.
