There was no visible mold, however, through lab test results from swabs he had taken off the radiator and floor/baseboard it displayed two strains of mold that are airborne/mold spores. Within 20 minutes of phoning Home Advisor I received a call from Jeff Madison. He was at my residence within two hours assessing the damage. He had a crew out there the next morning.
