"It was a pleasure to work with Scott from SGS. He responded quickly to our request for service at our cottage and kept us informed during every step of his work. We had standing water in our garage due to heavy rains. We tried to remove as much water as possible, but as the remaining water dried a white substance resembling mold appeared and covered much of the garage floor. Another company wanted to sell us VERY expensive mold remediation services, but Scott was not sure it was mold and had it tested. "Gilbert was professional and really took his time answering all my questions, educating me on what to look for, and inspecting my apartment. There was no visible mold, however, through lab test results from swabs he had taken off the radiator and floor/baseboard it displayed two strains of mold that are airborne/mold spores. I intend to buy an air purifier and continue to get to the bottom of my daughter s allergies/respiratory issues and communicate with my landlord as more is known. "I want to thank 911 Restoration for the amazing job they did on restoring the water damage and mold removal from my home recently. Within 20 minutes of phoning Home Advisor I received a call from Jeff Madison. He was at my residence within two hours assessing the damage. He had a crew out there the next morning. The crew spent several days with dehumidifiers and fans drying out the damaged area. With the flooring replaced, and the mold removed and treated and the reinstallation of the cabinets well underway , Michigan got the floods in Midland, Wixom Lake, and Edenville.
