"I contacted SuperMen moving on  a Thursday night via their website and I received a quote the next morning. They also offered to come on Sunday - which worked well for me. On the morning of the service, they called to let me know they were on their way. The team of two were professional, friendly and engaging. Use a regular screwdriver to pop off the snap ring, and the rest of the components should fall off by themselves.
