For most jobs I write contracts to protect my customer and my company, make drawings or sketches of the work being done to go with the quote. I have a crew to expedite extra work 1 - 2 workers. My finance agreement after quote is accepted, is: Fifty percent down to start project and buy material includes labor and all materials needed. Agree to pay other half when job is completed.
