"I was impressed with Chuck from Shamrock Chimney. He was realistic in his discussion and went thru various options from converting to a gas fireplace to wood inserts. He discussed the issues with the existing field stone face and converting to a two way fireplace. He certainly made me comfortable to consider Shamrock should the project move forward."

"Helped us select the perfect gas log set up. Install crew was great and very professional. Highly recommended!!!"

"Adendum:About a month after my new furnace was installed I started to have major problems. After calling 2 different furnace repair companies I learned my new furnace was wired incorrectly. I contacted Mr.Fratt & asked to be reimbursed for the cost of the repairs. I did not ask to be reimbursed for the >400 units of gas I had used above last yr.. I never heard back from Mr.Fratt. NO I would not recommend him or his company to anyone!"

"Outdoor Propane Fireplace repair. Excellent communication and effort in researching the problem and ordering parts. Usually works on Natural Gas indoor (Real) FIreplaces and really took time and care making sure the unit was functioning properly. A+ Service. Thanks Bill."
