The problem is he never did the drawing to replant as agreed upon. I reminded him once by email a month later and by that time it was "a busy spring" and he "forgot". He said he'd get right on it. I sent another email as to what was happening last week (6 months later) and no answer. So it looks like if you need someone to do basic clean up work this is your guy. But if you want landscaping planning and planting, that doesn't seem to be of interest. Too bad as I had another property to do too."
