Garden Guys Landscaping

These guys did unauthorized work on my property and charged me for it. This after they tried to get me to sign up for Autopay. Run away.

Buyer Beware!! This low rating is based more their business practices than on the service provided . After receiving multiple "surprise" invoices (for work that was done without being requested or notified about, some that were upwards of $500.00 each) last season, I spoke with them and said I want be notified prior to any more work being done this season. Including when, what would be and how much it would cost. So, I was given quotes for the initial spring mulching and maintenance as well monthly visits. Well even though I thought it was a little pricey at $410, I agreed to the initial visit. Well, apparently they showed up at some point this spring because I did notice it had been mulched, and not much else a week or so later I got an invoice for $645.00! due to "extra work" that was necessary? Which was ridiculous considering how much I paid them to prepare the beds for the winter last fall. So unless you want to give them a "blank check" keep looking. Don't Autopay them!!
