Very nice owner and helpers. Rhey love animals and happy to work around them. Gave a good quote, and then knocked $50 off the price when they were done. Vacuumed and washed 2 floors for free. Free estimates! They'll clean 1 room, or your whole house. They use all green products as much as possible. Only certain situations where they may recommend something else. My kitchen cabinets look like they've been repainted they look so good. I can not believe how my shower looks now! Like when I moved in. We were moving our son into an apartment from out of state and the day before moving was the only chance he had to see the place in person. With furniture coming the next day, we needed cleaning services at the last minute. After trying several cleaning services, Stephanie responded and understood our situation. Her flexibility in being able to schedule us at the last minute was a massive help. Also, beyond doing outstanding work in getting the place clean and ready for moving, she also offered some great insights and help on other items that should be addressed by the landlord. Net, the work she did was excellent, and she was also a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her and her company for their services again.

This company is top-notch. The initial walkthrough of my home was very professional without making me feel uncomfortable. It was very obvious to me that Stephanie, the owner, is extremely passionate about her company, her performance of the job, and the satisfaction of the client. Her claim to fame is Exceeding Expectations. I hired this company to do an initial deep clean of my home. My expectations WERE exceeded. I have (3) three mini Aussie dogs, and (4) cats. Stephanie never batted an eyelash about this. She totally gets pet owners and their needs. She encouraged me to tell her about my concerns about the cleanliness of my home. Because I have so many furballs, there is a lot of hair and dust. In particular, my dining room furniture tends to attract it the most. She explained to me that the proper treatment of wood could/should/would diminish the amount of dust that collects on pieces. So, I hired her company to complete the deep clean. During that process, she sent me pics of before and after while I was at work. So impressed with this personalization I shared with my co-workers. They all wanted Stephanie in their world! The transformation of my home was incredible. My husband has a mancave that he smokes in. She transformed that space beyond expectations AND provided us with types to maintain the cleanliness of it. My husband was so impressed with the end result that he considered NOT smoking in it. Of course, that did not happen, BUT, he did take her tips to heart. I have since hired this company to complete bi-weekly cleaning maintenance. Today was the first of that and... top-notch as I expected. Pricing is fair and honest. You cannot go wrong with this service!

Stephanie was great! This was much more than a cleaning for me. I suffer from depression and got to the point where I not only couldn t keep my place clean, but also stopped caring. In my kitchen, I let dishes pile up, food rot in the fridge, left used food and drink containers everywhere and more. My whole life I ve kept my various abodes tidy, so I had a tremendous amount of shame about the current state of affairs. Well, Stephanie is one of the most empathetic people I ve ever met and made me feel supported rather than shamed. She and her crew did a great job. They cleaned and organized at the same time. I love supporting hardworking local business people as much as possible. The fact that Stephanie has high emotional intelligence and truly cares about her fellow human beings was just the icing on the cake.

Ive tried two other services based on what the owner said, but ended up feeling as if I had paid for the sales pitch, which was better than the actual work. It seems that few people know how to clean these days, and this company is an exception. I dont feel that I have to spell everything out (or teach someone how to clean) and worry I forgot to mention something. Stephanie knows what to do and thinks critically about the best approach for any challenge. And if something is overlooked, I feel comfortable telling Stephanie. There was one small concern I had with this first cleaning, and I called to talk it over with Stephanie. She was grateful for the information and let me know later the (amazing) steps she had taken with her team to ensure the problem would not be repeated. She promises 100% customer satisfaction and follows through on that promise. Stephanie hires carefully to ensure that her team shares and reflects her values. Under Stephanies leadership, her team members seem to enjoy the work and strive to do well. We hired the service for a deep cleaning and we were very happy with the outcome and have decided to have routine cleaning done from here on. Just for the record, I did not know Stephanie before I hired her. This review is based entirely on the service provided.

Stephanie did sick am awesome job. This is the first time I've had her here and she did a deep cleaning. We have animals so there was pretty hair everywhere on our hardworking floors. I am so happy with the was the hours came out. She had her helper, Tiffany, here with her and it still took almost 3 hours to do my home.
