I live in New Hampshire and my sisters live in California and we all work full-time, so it was difficult to be on-site during the project. While I was there intermittently, we communicated mostly by email and text, including photos, as the project progressed. This was incredibly helpful and permitted real-time input when the inevitable questions arose. His willingness to work with us in this way made the entire process so easy.
