13 Horrible, absolutely horrible. DO NOT use this company. Company charges $289 to come out and look at your hot tub with the claim that the $289 will be applied to the total repair cost. Once they finally came to my house in mid July to look at the tub, the tech identified the issue right...
Called Al's Certified Auto repair..which advertised quality service at a fair price .. we needed a starter replacement..they were not willing to give any guesstimate over the phone but was willing to look at it the next day..so we had it towed in and dropped off...received a call the next day...
ACARBill's quote over the phone was almost exact to the actual cost of the repair for my LG oven. He also did not charge a 300% mark up on the part as other contractors have done to me in the past. He also included the part number so I could check the price of the part myself on the internet. ...

"I signed a contract on the first week of June to have PIC Home ?Pros? remodel 3 bathrooms. They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. On the last day here, I was told shower door still has not been manufactured yet, but would take a couple of weeks. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "

My specialty include flooring, trim, painting, epoxy bartops, drywall repair, almost any job a contracting company does not want to take on because the smaller scale of your project. My best trait of my company is that I will show up no matter how big or small your project is. A lot of companys might not want smaller jobs and thats where I come in.
