As I was upfront about my schedule needs from the very beginning, this company however was not upfront. During the duration of the work, its workers looked like they worked hard. But overall this experience was stressful because the owner was not forthcoming and did not care about my needs and concerns. More stress was created especially when the owner?s disrespectful wife spoke to me on the phone. There were threats made to me when I complained about the time it took. Overall this was not a pleasant experience in a middle of an emergency situation. e so that they can charge a premium for weekend work. This did However I was disappointed by the absence of commitment to the schedule I was upfront about, I also did not appreciate"

The waste water shorted out our water tank so we had no water, no septic and no plumber that would go down there to fix it. Pure Cleaning Solutions came the next Monday and spent the entire day disinfecting the area. We are so grateful to Nick for his help as we can now get a plumber to fix the water tank and get back to normal. Thank you!"

But then he kept pulling his 'project lead' from our kitchen/bathroom renovation for other jobs and did not prioritize us. The plumber left uncompleted work after paying thousands of dollars. B purchased expensive equipment from our second payment instead of putting our money toward the project, which resulted in him not being fiscally capable of completing the work. What was supposed to be a 3-4 week renovation in May became multiple months and unsatisfactory result. He then asked for final payment before completion, threatened to sue, and acted unprofessionally when we put our foot down. He also charged a very expensive price compared to other contractors in the area. Photos show the state of the project when final payment was asked for."

He was also very flexible to our multiple asks throughout the process. We had a unique layout as we live on a hill and Kyle went out of his way to coordinate with companies to confirm that it was safe to build (as we had some water runoff concerns). Once he did this, the deck its self exceeded our expectations and Kyle and his team were amazing to work with. I'd recommend them for any project. "
