Great company with awesome individuals working as a group to provide superior service and sales. I was at a very difficult point financially in my business and having a hard time. With no questions asked and open arms they worked with me and provided me with the equipment necessary to do my job so I could earn. I am very thankful that there are still companies that work hand-in-hand with you and this is 100% one of them. Please trust my word if you can stay away from the box stores and use this company you will be much better off in the long run. I just want to say thank you very much.

I had a wood hipper that wasn't working well, so I took it to them so them for an estimate. I didn't end up having the work done because it was not worth repairing chipper, but the service I was received was excellent. They were polite and professional. When I decided not to have the repair done, they disposed of the machinery for me, which saved me the hassle of going to dump and the fee for disposing it. I would seek them out in the future for any power tool needs.

This was great service.  While friends are waiting 3 weeks for their repair shop to look at their outdoor equipment, Chuck's Small Engine had my mower diagnosed and fixed within the same day.

Found Kevin's on Angie's List. My Ariens snowblower was leaking gas, the augers were sticking and it needed service. I dropped it off to Kevin just a few days after calling him. No three week wait needed. Kevin fixed the problems and tuned up the engine. He even retapped and tightened the handlebars. Only took a few days. Machine is now running great and I will certainly use Kevin's services again when I need them. Price was completely fair for great service!

I knew the snowblower needed some work. It was sputtering. Brought it in and asked them to fix everything wrong as long as the price would not exceed $500.00. At that point I would need to evaluate whether or not it was worth fixing. They tuned it, Replaced the belts and replaced the clutchs. Fixed some other cable issues. Fixed a tire that kept going flat. Anyways after this winter its was worth it all. The snoblower preformed extremely well this winter through alllllll the storms Thanks Chad!!!! I'll be back

  • Village Mower & Rental Co.(formerly V&M Rental)

My snow blower wouldn't start (clogged carburetor).  V&M picked it up from my home and returned it repaired within 48 hours.  My only complaint is that the choke knob is loose now and it wasn't prior sending it in.  Works great though...and now I know to ad fuel stabilizer during storage.

Honestly, their was one snafu.  The machine appeared, as advertised in great shape.  Started right up, and looked good.  Unfortunately, it had a pretty sizeable oil leak, right from the get go, as a matter of fact there was a puddle under the unit on the trailer.  I called my contact at Tritex, quite honestly expecting the worst, even though I had had good relations so far with them.  Ken could not have been better... he told me to remove the affected hydraulic ram, and send it to him, and he would repair it at no cost to me.  Upon removal, we learned that the ram was bent, now I know that I did not bend it, Ken stated, they did not bend it, which only leaves the trucker in the middle. Rather than screw me, Ken honored his word, and the reputation of his Company.  They replaced the ram, it took a little while, but just showed up the other day. Good as new.  In short, I would happily deal with him again, and recommend them to others.

Dealing with Nate (the owner) was fantastic. I called him to hold a front loader bucket that he had, which he did.  I sent him a down payment, however due to my schedule I was unable to get over to pick it up for sometime. (He is located in Vermont, me in Maine, and I go to sea for a living) As soon as I could I made it over there. He was perfectly on time and a super good guy when we first met, he had me loaded and on the road within 20 min. The bucket looked good.... Unfortunately it didn't fit my tractor... we both learned that there is more than one Euro/Global hitch out there. Nonetheless, Nate worked with me, took the old bucket back, and painstakingly sought out the proper bucket.  In the end, it cost us both a little more, but we split the increase, as I had to drive to Vermont again.  In short, even though we had a little fitment issue initially, Nate was truly fantastic to work with, and I really hope to work with him again in the future.  I would absolutely recommend anyone else to do the same.

  • Snappy'S Equipment Service

Excellent service..excellent response time-professional..certainly had concerns about maintaining safety on our property as we had just had a second large snow storm and no snowblower to use. We were able to clean up areas where he identified he could fall or hurt himself and completed the job for us so we could clean our driveways/walkways out again. .Just after the tune up and Terry had left, the pull cord broke. Can you believe it????  I called Terry and he was able to make arrangements for one of the other crew to come over the next morning to fix it without a service charge..only cost of the pull cord. We definitely were impressed with the workmanship and the company. It's hard to find good people who do good work..and certainly harder to find the combination of the two!
