PALMER SPRINGS

My car had been rear ended and had just been out of the shop for a week. I did not feel that the car was completely repaired and took my car to Palmer Spring to have an alignment. While there I asked them to recheck the back end of the car to make sure all was fine. They discovered a rear wheel brace that holds the tire in place had broken off and no support was there for the tire. I could have left and had a serious accident if they had not checked and found this problem. Great company!!

I was buying a used car. The dealer told me it already had an inspection sticker and it was good to go. They didn't want to let me take the car to a mechanic. But I insisted. The guys at Palmer found 2 leaking struts and snapped in half rear E-brake cables (on a manual car). So much for the inspection sticker. I took it back to the dealer and they fixed the problems.

They fixed the heat shield on my car for $60, and it doesn't rattle anymore, so I'm happy.

I thought that I had water in the hydraulic hoses and asked them to fix problem thinking that it would be a $100-200 job. They found other problems, but did not call to verify that I wanted other problems fixed and ended up charging me $785. I told them that I did not want to pay that much for a repair since I could buy an entire used pump system for $300. They told me that the work and parts were non-refundable and threatened to keep my plow unless I paid the $785.
