Great company with awesome individuals working as a group to provide superior service and sales. I was at a very difficult point financially in my business and having a hard time. With no questions asked and open arms they worked with me and provided me with the equipment necessary to do my job so I could earn. I am very thankful that there are still companies that work hand-in-hand with you and this is 100% one of them. Please trust my word if you can stay away from the box stores and use this company you will be much better off in the long run. I just want to say thank you very much.

My neglected, overused snow blower started clanging and smoldering, which I took to be something other than a good sign ;)  
I might actually have forced the issue, given the heinous amount of snow in my driveway, if it hadn?t refused to budge.  I called Chad Little at the height of the season and was astonished to get great service at a reasonable price and in record time.  Even better, their rep, Dan, diagnosed the problem and walked me through the measures that I should take to prevent a recurrence.
I didn?t purchase the snow blower from them but I?ll never buy another piece of outdoor equipment from anybody else.  It was worth every penny and then some, if only for the judgment-free education.

I had a transaction with them and it went fine. I don't recall any problem with that. Nothing was exceptional. I was using a local person and had some misgivings about his service so I went to Chad Little in South Portland. They were able to do the service and I was happy with them.

I had a wood hipper that wasn't working well, so I took it to them so them for an estimate. I didn't end up having the work done because it was not worth repairing chipper, but the service I was received was excellent. They were polite and professional. When I decided not to have the repair done, they disposed of the machinery for me, which saved me the hassle of going to dump and the fee for disposing it. I would seek them out in the future for any power tool needs.

They were great and very knowledgeable. The generator is 5 years old. It is wonderful and it works great. I have not lost much power. They were helpful in selecting the generator. They will come and service in the home, if I need it ahead of time. They were very attentive and professional in good talking about the options. It doesn't make a sound. The price was same as I looked at other places. Their response was excellent.

I knew the snowblower needed some work. It was sputtering. Brought it in and asked them to fix everything wrong as long as the price would not exceed $500.00. At that point I would need to evaluate whether or not it was worth fixing. They tuned it, Replaced the belts and replaced the clutchs. Fixed some other cable issues. Fixed a tire that kept going flat.

Anyways after this winter its was worth it all. The snoblower preformed extremely well this winter through alllllll the storms

They picked up the snowblower at our house, repaired it and delivered it back to us. They did this in less time than another company would even be able to look at the snowblower and the other company would have charged us $35 for pickup and delivery. Chad Little did this same service at no charge. The snowblower has worked fine every since repair.

They serviced my snowblower to prepare it for a grueling winter, doing it's less than annual maintenance. I took it to them and picked it up from them. They let me pay over the phone since a friend actually picked it up. I had no problems with the snowblower whatsoever.
