Jim was prompt in giving us an estimate and completing the work of sanding and refinishing the floors in two rooms. He put up plastic to minimize dust raised by the job and kindly moved a couple of heavy pieces of furniture back once the floors had dried. The floors, which previously had not been touched in more than 20 years, look great!

Great! This worker took extra time to fix my project. I had another repairman earlier tell me that in order to repair my flooring I would have to pull the floor up and replace. I was not prepared to do that , felt helpless. This worker got down on his knees, and pounded my vinyl until it slid together and the gap was gone. It looks great and I will recommend to my neighbors that need flooring services. Placed his card in a safe place, to use again if need be. Highly satisfied with his effort and polite manor. Bravo!

Jim Floor Service was professional, diligent and worth the money. I had my bedroom floor redone. The carpet in the room was old and in poor condition and Jim’s did a beautiful replacement and installation from carpet to oak. My bedroom is my space to recharge and relax and thanks to my new floors I never want to leave. It now has a slick and modern look that I wanted.
