There was no cleaning of the walls between coats, resulting a rough finish speckled with tiny bits of debris. The walls were perfectly smooth to begin with."

This was coordinated with the painters who primed it as soon as it dried. All residue was caught and collected in tarps for proper disposal. No dust was produced. The brickworks and granite blocks were also cleaned down to original surface for priming and recoating. The job was completed timely despite inclement weather. "After several emails - the last one said they would perform the job on 12/18 between 2-4- they did not arrive or call but then arrived unannounced on 12/19.  Gutters were not as full as I expected but wanted to make sure they were cleaned before the snow fell.  They were done quickly.  While I answered the question about whether I would use them in the future, it would depend on the nature of the issue.
