Dominick did a great job. Cleaned the chimney, woodstove and pipes. He uses a HEPA vacuum so there is no dust or smell. He did find a dead bluebird 🙁, but I’m hoping he can make a chimney cap to prevent that in the future.

"Mark was great from the start. I called on a Wednesday hoping to have work done in a short 3 week window. He happen to have an opening and working in my area on Friday. Mark gave me a 2 hour window and checked in to let me know he was on his way. He cleaned the chimney and installed the cap and flashing in about an hour. "I called and left Dan a message, and he promptly returned my call. Came out within a couple of days and was able to quickly tell me what the problem was. Worker who was sent out to complete the repair was professional and polite, and also pointed out an issue he noticed (with some missing shingles around the chimney) while he was up on the roof. This was a very small job, and one that I would expect would get passed over repeatedly for bigger jobs, but they got it done in a reasonable amount of time, and I would use their services again. (I have used them before, at a different house, for a new roof, and was pleased with that service as well).
