"Dani is great to work with. I have thrown so many things for her to do. Always able to get it done with great attention to all her projects. Dani has rebuilt my mudroom,put in doors, window, flooring. As I write this she is building me a bedroom in the basement. The screened in porch was built but she did the finish word. Putting up walls,making the screen to go in the windows. She has made wooden doors for 2 different places of the house. Excellent with a 10 not being high enough."

"The new shed was good quality.  I love it, and the value was decent.  John, the owner, is a very professional person, and he knows how to make sheds.  The only issue that I had was I was told by their scheduling department that someone would call me, repeatedly, and it never happened.  I probably had to be on the phone with the company 7 times before appropriate appointments were scheduled.  Granted, they had to time the teardown before the new shed was built, but it should be easier to do than it was in my experience. One day, they were scheduled to come and build it, but there was no shed.  They rescheduled and did it a week later, so it was okay.  
John seemed to be overall concerned about the quality of the job, and customer feedback.  John personally showed up to tear down my old shed, with his employee, once the job had been postponed a few times. When the builders forgot to install my solar light, he showed up personally to install it.  That shows dedication to customer service and satisfaction.
Overall, the experience wasn't bad.  The new shed is excellent, and I am happy I had it done.

Always prompt and never hesitated to contacted me about issues or changes. "It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."
