His team competently addressed long neglected problems by reinforcing the floor joists, replacing and leveling the water damaged subfloor, and providing all new leak free (a new experience for us) plumbing. A beautiful floor to ceiling step-in tile shower was installed along with a new waterproof luxury vinyl floor with a solid wood threshold at the door. A new vanity and toilet completed the room.
