Excellent experience! My wife and went to the showroom and picked out our flooring. They had it installed 3 days later and it looks great! They were very professional and left no mess behind. I would highly recommend them and will 100% be using them for my next project!

John was quick to want payment checks, prior to job being completed, but did not complete the job with the level of experience/craftsmanship promised.  Have had issues in a couple of areas.  Told us when we were bidding the job, that he stood behind his work.  He is standing so far back, we can't see him.  After the job was "complete" saw him in a local store and told him of some minor issues at the time and asked that he call us to arrange to come by to talk about the solutions.  We are still waiting for his call.  Poor follow-up and craftsmanship.
