The house had been in a bit of disrepair and he was very thoughtful and thorough in his approach to bringing it back to life. He took great lengths to talk to us, ask us what we needed, explain all the processes, steps, etc., and what to expect. He answered ALL of our questions, and as a BOOMER, I really appreciated that!
