They worked with us on a plan of attack and adjusted their usual routine to fit our special needs. The whole process went very smoothly. They gave me an estimate but they gave me three different options, depending on the quality of the shingle that I chose. I wanted some other stuff, including adding venting to the soffits. "Bill was excellent! He always replied to my calls or emails. We set up an appointment and he was there when promised. He, along with another carpenter, Bob, did an outstanding job. They were well organized, showing me what they were doing all along the way, and finished in a timely manner. Bill even charged me less than the original quote (almost half). "Overall they did good work. Show up on time, clean etc. Getting Him to come back and fix small issues after the work is done is another problem. You will have contact him 3 to 4 times before you get a response. still waiting for warranty repairs from winter 2013.

"He repaired my fences, put a lock on a fence and cemented a post in. He also installed a light fixture. I had all the products.
The lock? I can still open the fence. For handyman services, he does individual jobs quickly and is personable.
