"Kevin called me the same day I posted the pro request. I scheduled him to come by to do a quote two days later and hired him at that point. Kevin replaced a scary exterior electrical outlet and power cord that powers a pool pump. The power cord was coming out of the ground and arcing and the old outlet was melted around a socket. Not good. Kevin fixed it right up and replaced and greatly improved the whole set up, including installing an exterior outlet and switch that are both protected by the weather. Very impressed and will hire Kevin again."

He was on time, communicated clearly, and was tidy with his work. Since I was at work while he was installing the new sump pump and drain line, he kept me in the loop about his progress. He had a detailed estimate that he stuck to, and he even deducted the cost of some PVC when he realized he didn't need as much as he initially planned. "Everything went wonderfully with this company.  They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work.  Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine.  One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring.  Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues.  They cleaned up after themselves very neatly.  They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost!  Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.

"He was awesome.  He called back, but he was working in Reed field, North Carolina and he could not get to us for a couple of days.  By the time, he got to us we had already gotten the other estimates, and we were pleased with him.  Hampton guy was great.  He was really quick to get back to us, but he had other projects that he had already lined up.  The experience was very satisfactory.  He was very courteous, and prompt.  He was very honest in saying that he cannot get to us, and if we needed to have this work done now, then we need to have to get somebody else.  I appreciated that."
