I explained what we needed done (purchased the legs of an old lathe that were quite rusted and needed to be sandblasted before we could repurpose them as table legs). He made an appointment with us for the next day to give us an estimate for the project and showed up at the appointed time. I've only had to use the heat function once since the fix and it will drive you out of the house. The best part is that while we were waiting on the vacuum pump to do its job, he also gave me helpful information on increasing the efficiency in my home all around. It's pretty clear that he knew what he was doing and has a vast knowledge of the state run incentive programs."
