"Honest tech, Prior to this apointment I had someone clean my boiler who stated that my chimney needed cleaning. when the tech came in he detached the chimney pipe to the boiler and showed me how clean it already was, and told me that it did not need cleaning. NO CHARGE."

The deteriorated mortar was properly removed and rebuilt, leaving clean, solid joints and a uniform finish from top to bottom. The process was thorough and never rushed, and it was clear the focus was on long-term durability rather than a quick cosmetic fix.
