"Let me start by saying that having this water treatment system installed was the best thing we ever did! After Aerus Electrolux tested our water right in front of our own eyes, it was perfectly obvious that the well water, that smelled like sulfur most of the year, that we had been using for the past 15 years was full of iron, magnesium and calcium. I would like to give props to Mr. Chris Dow, the Aerus Electrolux Representative, for doing such an outstanding job of performing the test and thoroughly explaining how the system actually works and why it undoubtedly will make our lives much healthier. I am impressed by the fact that not only was this system installed expeditiously, Aerus Electrolux will send a representative to troubleshoot and repair the system if necessary should we run into any problems, anytime; all we have to do is contact them and it's done! And this will continue as long as the system is existing, even when we are long gone! In my opinion, just the service they provide gives us peace of mind; all I need to know is how to use the phone!"

"Jeremiah came out and tested the air and moisture and other items to determine if I had mold in my basement. After getting the test results there was evidence of mold and he recommended a company that provides a do it yourself kit for mold remediation. (Not cheap). After getting the items and realizing that there was more work, it would have been better for me to let my insurance company handle this as I do have coverage for mold/fungi. Though having a professional do the work is expensive, from what Jeremiah mentioned, it does not guarantee that the work will be complete or the source of the problem taken care of. He mentioned most companies will take care of the mold but not necessarily the cause of the mold. For this I would have to contact another company."

A special shout-out to their senior moving specialist, Ms. Rachel Johnson who have done a phenomenal job to us from beginning, in-between, and through the end of the moving process. She was so responsive with any questions we asked. She made sure that we feel valued and have assured us that we will be taken care of. True enough, she was always there to answer any questions. She made sure that we were followed up by the dispatchers and that we have received a call from the moving company driver/owner who will pick up our goods. She never left us during the entire moving process. We were scammed by the first moving company we hired, so we were skeptical at first. However, with every detailed information she has provided us, from the start of the inquiry, we already feel that we are in good hands. She was very professional, prompt, responsive and kind. She even went above and beyond her duties by drafting me a letter that I may use to demand our money back from the first moving company that tried to scammed us. The movers and drivers that picked up and dropped our goods belong from two different companies. All I can say is that these guys took excellent care of our items. We got all of our furnitures and boxes securely and safely here in SC just the way they were wrapped/packed the first time from CA. Thank you so much,, Moving APT! "Everything went wonderfully with this company.  They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work.  Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine.  One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring.  Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues.  They cleaned up after themselves very neatly.  They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost!  Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.

"I had a Groupon for 1000 sq. ft. of driveway sealing.  I have about 2000 sq. ft.  I bought the Groupon and called, and I was told it would be another $170, so I wanted to set the appointment.  It actually took a year to get done, as he had too many Groupon customers and was giving scheduling preference to his existing client base.  Once we had the appointment, they arrived on time, could not have been more pleasant, did a great job, and left the area spotless.
