"Swanick Builders were not consistent with time lines. They would make choices that we as the homeowners should have been consulted on or made. Builders made many mistakes of placement or painting wrong colors from chosen /discussed choices made by us. When talked to about this they would state its a focal point. Level of work has been found to be subpar at best, needing other professionals to come correct. Sub contractors utilized by builders were subpar putting hole in roof . all in all they should not have taken such a large job and we would not be hiring ever again. "

"We hired Rich with RAM Construction to complete a major renovation to our property. With my husband being a contractor himself but having no time to do the work, this was a big step to take on our behalf and we needed a contractor we could trust to show up and complete this major renovation. Rich took the job on knowing full well what challenges may exist with working at another contractorâ s home. Rich was completely open to my husbandâ s suggestions as well as being able to provide his own ideas on how to complete the project. "I have had the best experience with Gibraltar, and I cannot say enough about the people who work there and the product itself; we love our pool!! Itâ s given us a lot of joy this summer with friends and family. But foremost for my review is the people who I have interacted with since we purchased the pool in the summer of 2020- they are awesome. Really the best. I have not seen customer service like this at another company in a long time. We put in our new pool last November for a deeply meaningful reason for our family and I ended up talking with the CEO and shared with him the reason. He was so awesome and wrote me such a sincere, kind, and genuine note. From the CEO to the college kid on the floor and everyone in between- I have been so impressed with their patience, knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism. Iâ m so appreciative to Peter, Ellen, Grace, Ana, Jason, Keith, Jim, Ryan, Wayne and Jim. They have all been so incredibly awesome to deal with, and I feel like I am working more with a family than a huge company. Itâ s amazing they employee so many people who are each individually so helpful. You can tell the owners really care about how their store is represented and that they care about the quality of their work. We (like several other families) decided to build our pool during quarantine in 2020. There were delays that no one could have foreseen because the supplies were impossible to get for months- but that was no oneâ s fault, no one could have guessed we would be in a pandemic, and that the demand for pools would go up so much. So, even though there were delays, we understood, and Gibraltar did everything the could to get our pool built as quickly as possible and to make sure it was open for the summer season of 2021- and it was. I was sad to see reviews that said they took too long- I honestly just donâ t think it was fair. Who could have foreseen the impacts of a pandemic? So, for us, the delays were what they were, and we appreciated that they did all they could, with what they had to work with, and kept up updated along the way. I would highly recommend Gibraltar to anyone who wanted to put in an awesome above ground pool and have superior customer service."

"The team was great to work with. We finished 400 sqft of our basement with the full system. Our salesman and he covered all the topics, materials, costs, timelines and expectations very well. The crew doing the work was very professional, respectful and kept us updated of the progress and of any issues arose during installation that was outside of their control. Our PM provided guidance on decision ensuring code was met while getting the aesthetics we were looking for. Overall, I would work with them again for a large project like our basement."

"I signed a contract on the first week of June to have PIC Home ?Pros? remodel 3 bathrooms. They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. On the last day here, I was told shower door still has not been manufactured yet, but would take a couple of weeks. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "
