He provided insight on what would work for us and showed us some of their work on the internet. We also discussed the screen/glass enclosure for the porch and chose a system that fit our needs.Art returned with an estimate, and we commissioned them to do the work. He provided us with a start date and explained how it would go with the electricians and plumber coming to do their hook-up for the tub. He took measurements for the tub frame from documentation I received from Sanjet (the tub had not arrived yet).The folks came to do the electrical work and remove the old tub. In the mean time, Art and Jake started to build the frame to hold the tub and we went to a tile store and chose the tile.They started the deck while waiting for the tub to arrive and had it going very fast, diging the footings and having the material delivered.Both jobs were being ongoing at the same time as well as removing the railing from the section of the porch being enclosed and putting it on the deck. After the tub arrived, they placed it in the frame and made some adjustments. While the deck was being constructed the tile folks came and tiled the frame. After that, the tub was installed and the plumbing was completed.At that time, the deck was finished and they worked on installing the porch enclosures. When everything was finished, they cleaned up and the job was done.Art and Jake from All Season were always helpful and courteous and earned our complete trust. We are very satisfied with the project and intend to have some other projects accomplished by them

<br /> After some discussion with Troy, the owner and Chris his assistant manager we have decided that the flashing around the chimney should have been replaced at the time of the original installation. because it was not, Pearl Contractor's has replaced the flashing as a warranty repair. Pearls states this chimney flashing is a $750 value. I am happy to have a roof that no longer leaks.

"Greg met with us at our land to discuss our estimate and go over details of the building process. He offered experienced suggestions and was sincere in his ways we could improve our house design. He spent 90 minutes of his time explaining his work methods and answering any questions we had. We were very impressed with everything we saw and heard from Greg. He even brought samples of colors of siding and other materials books for us to look over. He knew many things about the details of the local building codes and permit procedures that he would take care of as part of the building process. Unfortunately we had to cancel our building project and never got the chance to actually work with Greg in the building of our house. He would have been our choice if our project would have gone through.
