He started with a price of $380 which was a bit high and then he said he found another problem after he started. Now it is $500 dollar repair on an $800 six yr old fridge. I could have spent another $400 and had a new one. Will not use him again.

Another potential downside of zinc roofing is that it must be allowed to expand and contract with the weather. This means special attention is necessary to how it's fastened to the home to avoid issues.
