I established Bay & Beyond Inspection Services in May 2018 after a 25 year career as an electrician in the Air Force and 13 years as a Maine code enforcement officer. I have received extensive training and continuing education courses to keep up with the ever changing construction industry. I have an associates degree in electrical mechanical technologies and am a state certified third-party inspector for all phases of construction. I am a state certified septic system inspector and hold national and state certifications as a radon testing and analytical lab. I am a member of International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and the Maine Building Officials and Inspectors Association (MBOIA). Here at Eastern Inspection Services we perform home inspections, septic system inspections, and water testing. All our technicians and inspectors are Licensed, and Fully Insured. Weather you need a home inspection or a septic system inspection or even a third party code inspection we can help you out. As of 2024 we no longer offer oil burner or plumbing work as our company techs have all made the decision due to rising insurance cost to let their licenses lap.
