"We found this company on Angi and hired them for 3 jobs. All together, paid them $10k this past year. No issues with the first two jobs. They were professional and completed the work on time. We then hired them for a 3rd job. Communication about delivery was unclear. After I signed their contract and put down a deposit, I found a cheaper door. They replied the door was already ordered and they were waiting for it to come in. I asked about whether the door was in a month later and they said they are busy on a project, and ?the door will be delivered when we are ready to do the project.? They completed the job in full and then texted me AFTER that the cost would be $500 more than the price that was agreed to in writing. The document signed explicitly states that any additional specs including added costs will only be executed upon written order. We did NOT agree to this price and were notified of it AFTER the job was completed. Beware of their ?contract.? They do not abide by it."

There was no cleaning of the walls between coats, resulting a rough finish speckled with tiny bits of debris. The walls were perfectly smooth to begin with."

"Andy did an outstanding of stripping 150 years of paint off the Marshall Point Light in Port Clyde, Maine. The metal was taken down to bright with all paint and extensive rust being removed. This was coordinated with the painters who primed it as soon as it dried. All residue was caught and collected in tarps for proper disposal. No dust was produced. The brickworks and granite blocks were also cleaned down to original surface for priming and recoating. The job was completed timely despite inclement weather. "After several emails - the last one said they would perform the job on 12/18 between 2-4- they did not arrive or call but then arrived unannounced on 12/19.  Gutters were not as full as I expected but wanted to make sure they were cleaned before the snow fell.  They were done quickly.  While I answered the question about whether I would use them in the future, it would depend on the nature of the issue.
