"Excellent! Bill was very responsive to my initial inquiry and set a date for the free estimate within a week. Others we contacted couldn't tell us when they could even come out for estimate. Due to the rain we had several delays where he couldn't work and he was prompt about keeping us updated. He shows up right on time and cleans up after the work.
