The disappointing issue: After asking multiple times how much and told it was not going to be an inexpensive job was hit with a 435 bill. $160 was deemed as **emergency** which it was not. When I inquired about the charge was told any sewage call was deemed an emergency and followed with an explanation and a **sorry for the misunderstanding** there was no misunderstanding I was never told and to top it off it was not a sewage call it was leaking, clogged sink drain. So does that mean any call is an emergency sewage call?? Conclusion: The work was excellent!! but if you decide to use them please make sure to ask the appropriate questions. I went on blind faith and have to pay the price."
