"Chuck arrived one day after the freeze-up was found. There had been another company on site the day before and they were not willing to take on a large project like this. Chuck and Zach stayed with the house until the entire project was finished. They worked day and night to restore the boiler, heating pipes, plumbing pipes and fixtures, completing everything in one week. They knew to heat the house slowly for the first forty eight hours in order to avoid further damage, and were careful to replace each pipe individually, checking for splits and bursts before moving to the others.
