"Trey promptly responded to my request for an estimate and was on site the next day. He thoroughly assessed my gutters and determined what needed to be replaced and what could be repaired. Within a week, new gutters and filters were installed and some fascia was replaced efficiently by Trey and Michael. They communicated well with me throughout the process and the price for the work was very fair. This team demonstrates integrity, a strong work ethic, pride in their work, and professionalism. I would highly recommend them!!"

"Kaydn was great to deal with! It was very refreshing to work with a contractor who acted like he wanted your business. I will definitely reach out to K & A Renovations for my next project."

"Highly recommended. Jose and Cesar were great. They were reliable and their work was excellent. They completely remodeled our condo including 4 bathrooms, floors, fireplace/hearth, etc. It was a big job and they worked with us to make sure everything came out exactly the way we wanted. The cost was very reasonable."

"Brendan did a great job on assembling four pieces wood furniture. He had to construct a wood part that was missing from the materials. It turned out to be rather complex work and we appreciated his attention to detail. Hope we can work with him again!"

Structural engineers draw structural plans, which include detailed drawings of the structural components of a home only. Complete house plans will require additional work from an architect or draftsperson, whose drawings will take the structural drawings into account. They’ll also include more details about the finishing materials and layout of a home, including everything from roofing and flooring materials to the position of furniture, light fixtures, switches, and plumbing fixtures.

Dekton is worth the money for homeowners who want a nonporous countertop that resists heat, stains, water, scratches, and UV damage. It comes in a wide array of colors and patterns at various price points to suit different renovation budgets.
