"They arrived with impressive equipment. Dug up front yard and placed pipe, replaced dirt and left. Rain came and the ground gave way leaving a four foot deep trench. The work was done October 10, 2020 and it is 12/5/200 and no one has come to repair. People related to situation said he didn't add soil and use a heavy weight to repack the soil. The secretary says she will give him message but no return calls. The mailbox is leaning and hole deepens the more it rains."

A well pressure tank can last up to 15 years. However, how long your well pressure tank lasts depends on a few factors. Wells should be at least 100 feet deep for drinking water, but they may need to be deeper depending on the local geology, water quality, and your household’s water usage. Work with a qualified well drilling professional who can assess the appropriate depth for your well and test the water before drinking it.

A dry well can last 30 years if you keep up with maintenance. Maintenance can be tricky with dry wells, but be sure to inspect and deep clean the well at least once per year to keep it from getting clogged up with sediment and debris.
