I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. When asking if they were on their way one evening after a night snow they never responded to me, but did come and plow soon after. The following year I sent them an email when my spouse and I both got laid off and they also didn?t bother to respond. Shortly after that, it snowed and I was charged for plows, long after I had canceled?but yet my driveway hadn?t even done! So that confirmed my suspicions. When I emailed them back again, there was also no response. No apology or anything. Lack of communication and bad track of plowing. Beware!!"
