"Their service techs are great but unfortunately that is the only good thing I can say about P Gagnon. Their prices are higher than most other places in the area for both propane and oil, and their office staff are mostly unfriendly (except Debbie). The big problem with P Gagnon is with their sales guy Kent. He is slow to respond to emails and never returns voicemails. He gave me a quote for a small project and after I put down the deposit, he raised the price by more than 40% without anything changing. I asked for a manager to call me to discuss and I never heard from anyone. Still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. I found another local company to do my project instead, and for less than P Gagnon originally quoted me. I strongly recommend you stay away from this company."
