I now have a dry usable basement. He gave me a very decent price as well! Now hopefully I don't need another plumber anytime soon but if I do I'm calling seth at SWB!"

"Though Rob was extremely courteous and prompt, he quickly diagnosed that we would need to drill into the basement floor to create a sump basin to prevent further flooding, at a total cost of about $4500.00. Wanting a second opinion, I called my plumber. Within seconds of walking into our basement, he found that we already HAD a sump basin, and that an old house trap was clogged and causing backup to the basin. For $1000.00, the plumber removed the house trap and ran the line directly to the sewer, cleaned the sump basin, and we have not had an issue since.
