"We called late on a Saturday not sure what the problem with our toilet was beyond the classic “it won’t flush the water down.” Tamara was able to walk me through the troubleshooting process to determine if they were the right company to help me, in other words was my issue drain related or more of a toilet hardware/plumbing issue. Once we determined it was the drain she was able to give me an estimate and get someone to come out. Less than an hour later the technician called to let me know he was on the way. Once he arrived he did some more troubleshooting and quickly determined what was causing the issue and resolved it. There was no mess, in fact he left the bathroom cleaner than he found it. We had another plumber came in and said that the drain could not be cleared but that it would have to be replaced at a cost of $2,000. "We took out the old tiles, removed the toilet and baseboards, and bought the tile before they came to do the installation. The work was done on 9-01-16. When I went to wash off the remaining haze a couple of days later, I discovered that the tiles were two different shades. It was obvious when they were on the floor. The person doing the installation should have seen this. We think he did but, since he didn't speak any English, might not have known how to communicate that to us. We called Pacific Stone & Tile and they said that they would come and replace the tiles that needed to be replaced. We could not match either shade of tile and had to buy two more boxes with a different shade number. Twice an appointment was made and canceled. The third one, 9-26-16, was kept and they redid the whole floor with the new tile. Before they started, all of the tiles were laid out on the garage floor to check for any variations. We had to buy the material to install the tiles, but they did not charge for any additional labor. The floor was checked before they left and everything looks fine. Tomorrow I will wash down the tiles to remove any haze and we can start thinking about getting everything back together again."
