He rearranged his schedule to accommodate my needs, was very upfront and honest with answers to my questions. He went above and beyond in my opinion to make sure I didn’t go without water any longer than necessary. I was very grateful and impressed with his compassion and willingness to put my situation a priority. Future plumbing needs will be done with Sprague’s no questions asked. Replaced our pressure tank (we're on well water) and then installed an outside water spigot for us as our house did not have one. I selected "water heater install" as that was the closest option I could find to a pressure tank. Overall, I highly recommend giving Matt a call for any of your plumbing needs. "We pay yearly but we have this is included with our rental property. They are pretty good on most things. We had a hot water heater replaced and they did an excellent job on that. They are very quick on their response. They dont come out here. It is all done on the internet.  I just like the idea that one time service charge is so much better than trying to hiring someone to come in. It is more about convenience. It pays for itself."

"This is the second time I have used NE Renovations.    On a Saturday morning I discovered I had no heat, my heater would not come on.  I contacted the individual I had used in the past and was told they could not come out for a few days.  I sent an e-mail to Richard, the owner and he contacted me almost immediately.  He told me he could come out the same day to see what the problem was.

He showed up on Saturday on time as scheduled.  Unfortunately, the part I needed had to be ordered and he told me he would be over first thing Monday morning.  Sure enough he arrived at 8:00 am and his employee, Jimmy arrived shortly after.  It turned out additional parts had to be ordered.  Richard kept me informed of the progress all along.  After the parts were obtained, the heat was fixed and works great.

I also would like to mention how professional and courteous Richard always is.  And it is great to have someone so reliable to depend on.  I would not hesitate to use NE Renovations again. "

"My nephew didn't have running water, so he contacted G&M Plumbing and someone came out the next day to see what was going on. They determined that he needed a new tank, which my nephew couldn't do right then. So they put in a new switch, so he could do necessary things and that would hold him over till he got a new tank. The following week they put in a new tank for a very reasonable price. My nephew really liked the man he dealt with and we were very happy with their services. Would easily use them again."
