Zoom offered to come out the same day. The technician was as professional as I could expect and made sure to solve the problem to our satisfaction. Every time he had to go out to his truck and back for supplies, he took his boots on and off at our front door, ensuring that he didn't track anything into the house. If I could have given Zoom an A+ on responsiveness and punctuality I would. We will definitely call them again."

"Total Ripoff! My boiler stopped working the other day and my usual company was unable to come out due to being short-staffed that day. I resorted to google and unfortunately came across Aire Serv. Their technician (who was very nice) came out to assess the situation and determined it was caused by a damaged pilot assembly. After calling around for replacement parts, I was told that the parts were out of stock until later in the week. Despite this, I was still charged $234 for the trip fee and diagnostic fee. I was then quoted $1112 for the repairs to be done once the parts were in. I shared this quote with my normal company and they were appalled! Thankfully they fixed the issue for less than half the price Aire Serv was going to charge me! PLEASE do not use this money-grubbing company, and instead use a local independent company if you need heating work done!"
