Scheduled a next day appt. They showed up on time, and to my surprise replaced the garage door springs on the spot. They were professional, well priced, and I could not be happier with their work.

Roger installed my garage door back in the fall of 2016. The door and opener have worked flawlessly for nearly 3 years. His recommendation on where to install the manual openers was perfect, saved me a lot of unexpected hassles. The other bonus is the doors can be checked, opened and closed using the MyQ app. The price was in the middle of the other quotes I received, but I feel the value was worth the extra price. This review is overdue. In summary I would definitely hire again.

Duplouy came out and took a look at my situation with a broken garage door. I wanted simply to install a new door that I salvaged from another property and to use the old tracks. I was given a price to do just that but what I received was not only the installation but new tracks and springs as well. I would hire them again in a heart beat.

Roger was extremely responsive, even while he was on vacation. I waited for him to return for a quote and was glad I was patient. He offers the same products as the brand providers at a significantly more reasonable price. He moved an existing garage door opener (for a reasonable price) and replaced the safety sensors at no additional charge when he found they were not that good anymore. The new opener we purchased is working well and quiet. Didn't try to sell me unnecessary H/W coatings.
