He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
