Got things done in few hours and exceptionally thoughtfully (replacing anchor screws with deeper ones for safety) tested things meticulously fixing preemptively a slider problem... "Excellent. The service chap was able to fully open the door and remove/replace the lifting cables. He also lubricated the pulleys and roller assemblies on my door as well as my wife's door. He also described the best lubricant and showed me how to apply it; nice touch. Professional, courteous, quick."

"First impression was great! Ralph was down to earth, polite, knowledgeable and most importantly professional. The work was done fast and efficiently. You hear about people in constitution milking hours and with Ralph that is NOT true. He was there every morning and he stayed the full day each day. He got the rooms done fast and it came out fantastic! I would give Ralph 5 stars easy. If I ever need more work done I will be hiring Ralph for sure."
