Matt was knowledgeable and very helpful at assuring me that the repairs would be done properly and timely. Any questions I had he answered and answered well. He informed me if any changes needed to addressed during the repair and we had running water in about 2.5 hrs after he began the job.

They cancelled the job. Do not use this company. I signed a sales agreement that was also signed by a member of their sales team. (I think most people would belive this was a contract). 3 days later I paid the required 1/3 down-payment ( per the signed agreement remainder payable on completion)....
