I cannot depend on Sears for next day service.

It was a positive experience. This fellow came and he bought a book and showed us pictures of everything so you could look at it and pick out whatever your appliances are. He spent a lot of time and he was just ready to go. He was excellent. We hadn't decided exactly what we wanted and we were feeling kind of rushed because we had an inspection, and I didn't want to just rush in without taking the time for it and so we just ended up painting what we had.

Sears Stores didn't have all the models they sell that you can see in the store. It's online, but you can't actually see it in person. They showed us something similar, but we knew what we wanted, so we ended up buying the one we saw online. I guess that can't have every single model that they offer on the sales floor because of room, but it would have been nice if we could have seen it in person. The salesman was great. Everything was delivered on time. The people that put it in were very knowledgeable and nice. It wouldn't say there was anything negative in the transactions at all. Our previous dishwasher that lasted for 13 years and worked well was from Sears, so we went right back there to purchase a new one.

We had a broiler that takes up the whole room, and they removed it and replaced it. They cleaned up their mess, but when it was time to take the stuffs away, we had to remind them to take the stuffs away. Other than that everything went fine. The representative who we set up the appointment with and who came out to the house was very good.

The repairman arrived on time and was quick to diagnose the problem. He had the needed part to replace the broken part on our refrigerator and it did not take very long for him to replace it. He was professional, courteous, and clean. Unfortunately, within 6 months, our refrigerator reverted back to having the same problem.

Whenever we called them for service we got through to someone who could barely speak English and found out that he was in the Philippines; I didn't like that very much. The first time we lit the furnace it didn't do anything. There was a motor that had to be replaced. They gave me a run around and besides that it was difficult to understand him.

He was a harvest contractor and he was out of Moriarty. We went all electric with the house and this fellow, Jeffe Pennington, did a beautiful job. He was out of an electric company in Moriarty and he contracts through Sears. The contract was through Sears and he did his part. I would definitely use him again in the future.

Most of the time they do a good job. It was covered by the insurance from when I bought it. The in home repair is excellent. It is touch and go on the lawn and garden.

They had the item ready when they said they would.

Repair man was fine but repair laasted 2 weeks. I hate the call center people trying to get you to buy things you don't want and taking FOREVER. The first time took 40 minutes the second time took 30 minutes

I have a service plan with them. They were great.
