Great Appliance Repair

Steve was excellent. His price for replacing a garbage disposal was $180 less than my plumber's price. And while it turned out that my 15 year old refrigerator couldn't be repaired because the circuit board was no longer manufactured, he performed a diagnostic at a reasonable price and did all he could to fix it. I'll use him from now on for all my large appliance repairs.

The part to replace on the dryer was to expensive so the tech advised me to got to Loews to get the part.

Repaired quickly

Although cost seemed a little high, it was certainly far less expensive than replacing the microwave and wall oven!

I contacted Steve at Great Appliance Repair because our refrigerator was no longer cooling. He knew what the problem was before he came out, had the parts he needed to repair it with him, and he had our refrigerator working again within 30 minutes! Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. So thankful we didn't have to go out and spend over $1000 on a new refrigerator!
I wouldn't hesitate to contact him with any appliance repair issue we might have in the future. :)

Steve was right on time and very professional. He was able to explain every step of the process. He found a big ball of lint clogged up in my exaust vent. He was able to fix the dryer and get it working again. He also tested my dryer air flow and wanted to find out what exatcly stopped my dryer from working.

They were very quick to respond when I called to make an appointment. They were able to come out the next day and do the work. From what I had seen, their prices were fairly reasonably. They were very efficient and go the job done right away.

Great. I don't know that most repairmen would have figured out the source of the issue.
