DO NOT do business with this lousy company. They were supposed to show up to fix a bathroom leak and replace a water filter. Unreliable and irrersposisble. They cancelled twice without prior notification. They did not bother to call us, just did not show up. Worst experience ever.

They replaced the water heater unnecessarily, which blew up later. I contacted a different company who later told me that all I needed was a $4 filter.

I generally suspect that when phone calls are not returned by a provider, there are a number of reasons for that; mostly they have enough business.

Tony was extremely friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing and why, which I really appreciated. He also made sure to show me how to change my water filter myself in the future. He was very efficient and quick; he completed all of the work in a little over an hour. I'm a HAPPY customer!
