Roofers Elite

My roof was at least 25 years old, covered in moss, had massive ice dams every winter, and I knew something was off because my ceiling had been slowly sagging in my living room since I moved in a few years ago. The living room was an addition, so had a flat roof compared to the rest of the home and different roofing material. Roofers Elite gave me a reasonable price for replacing my roof and also said they were happy to help me figure out what was going on above my living room. Nobody could have anticipated what we would find mid-job. Not only was the ridge beam broken from snow load, but absolutely nothing in that area of roof was up to code. It was all being held up by *2x4s* and showed signs of stress. At this point, another company might have bowed out. But Cody, Luis, and Vinne took it in stride, immediately made a plan of attack, and in the end did what was best for my family and my forever home. They completely rebuilt my roof from scratch and changed the entire roofline to prevent future damage from snow and ice. The whole crew even worked through Saturday to get it done. If you're trying to decide between a few different roofing companies, go with Roofers Elite. I mean it. They will do whatever they can to take care of you and make sure the job gets done right.

After a year of waiting for an insurance claim number due to a bad exhaust boot that dumped water in the house we give up with these thieves. I followed up for months and was given the run around. My neighbor had his roof done by these guys at the same time, it leaked around his chimney. I’ve read plenty of other reviews where claims go unanswered. We had a huge mess of nails, bottles, bloody tissues, and trash left behind. Unless you are ready to get lawyers involved to get your “warranty” covered find real professionals, these guys just outsource the job to an independent contractor out of Mass… Cody cannot be trusted.

They sub contracted it, they were pretty fast but there are few things I don't like. If I had a choice I would hire someone else. I think he gave me a pretty good price but there are few things that I don't like.

Signed contract on July 28, told job would begin in 3 weeks. Now November 9 and no action, only excuses. Not sure contractor has even ordered shingles. Deceptive and unreliable.

the job was done and after he was paid the next day things were coming undone. I've reached out multi times and he hasn't been back to fix to problem I have one shingle that is split wide open and exposing the attic he has been jerking me around for over 2 months telling me it will get fixed and still no show

Cody and his crew did an outstanding job. Everyone was very professional. The timing and quote all came in as discussed. Our house is fairly large and all work, demo and installation, was completed on the same day as promised. My pool got damaged during the roof demo. The crew owned up to it immediately and Cody also offered to pay for repair cost immediately. It was unfortunate that it happened, but it was a great response from all involved. I would definitely recommend Roofers Elite.
