Owner has 15+ years of experience in the industry, company is owner-operated and owner is at every job to ensure a quality product. Gutter systems are commonly made with steel, vinyl, or aluminum. We use only the highest quality aluminum because it is the strongest and lasts longer, if maintained properly aluminum may never need replacement. "LeafFilter installed in the gutters (July 2025) and put the downspout in an area that brings more water to the home. Therefore, causing water to come in the basement. I have tried numerous times to get them to call, and work on this problem, but if they reply back, it is asking me where i would put the downspout. I hired them to bring water away from the house, and paid them for their expertise, which appears to be limited. They basically come out to make the sale, and there is no support after. I have tried to work with them numerous times and they do not return calls; they have come out twice, only to not show back up to actually fix the problem. Their departments do not communicate with each other so you talk with different people, and the issue is still not fixed. I have asked to talk with Tim the Regional Manager, and have yet been 'allowed' to speak with him to date. I do not recommend this company at all."
